Idea: Don’t Throw Them Away, an art installation in NYC’s Chelsea Market featuring sculptures of endangered animals made entirely out of recycled materials.

The event received coverage from local news outlets, made the Creativity Top 5 List, and got people thinking about how our waste directly affects animals and their habitat.

We hand-made posters featuring facts about how what we throw away impacts wildlife and wild places. Local artists generously donated their time and talent to create the thought-provoking sculptures.
